Advisors: Joe Furrow and Aaron Watson


Purpose: To provide students with an opportunity to increase/maintain their personal levels of physical fitness.

Activities and pursuits: Treadmill, weight-lifting, and other fitness activities.

Meeting times: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 2:30 – 4:15 , Wellness Center

Other information: Appropriate workout clothes, laced sneakers, water and sports drinks only.
