STEP UP DAY

Please see your school email for today's blue and red combined Step Up Day Schedule.

-There will be an important informational field hockey meeting today,Wednesday from 2:30-2:45 in room 108 for all students interested in playing in the fall. Both summer and preseason information will be distributed! See Coach Chase with questions!

-There will be a brief signup meeting for Girls Summer Soccer on Friday at 2:30 PM in the gym. Any girls interested in playing summer soccer should attend.

- Alt Ed students are selling a composite/markerboard bench to benefit their program. The bench is $50, but negotiations are welcome. For more information, please contact Mr. Emmons or Miss Gerry. Thank you.

-It's time for our annual (Hershey’s) “Kiss ‘Em Goodbye” fundraiser. The Class of 2019 will be selling treat bags with Hershey’s kisses and a message to the person of your choice for $1 each this week from Monday, May 21-Friday, May 25 at lunch (minus Wednesday the 23th, which is Step Up Day) and we’ll deliver to homerooms on Tuesday, May 29. Don't miss this chance to send a sweet treat to a graduating senior, a favorite staff member, or friend.

-On Thursday, May 24, Mrs. Chase will be taking a group of up to 45 Juniors to the College Fair at the Augusta Civic Center. The trip leaves at 8AM and students will return in time for lunch. Please sign up and get a permission form in the Counseling Office.

-Attention all SMCC accepted Seniors: Mrs. Ludwig will take up to 20 students to Orientation and Course Registration day on Thursday, May 24. Lunch will be provided on this trip. Please sign up and get a permission from in the Counseling Office.

-Attention Seniors:  TO Do before you graduate:
1. Pay all fees in Infinite Campus and the Lunch Room
2. Return all books you have out to the Learning Commons
3. Graduation Marching Partner Sheet must be turned into Guidance
4. Return your permission slip for Project Graduation- in your school email from Mr. Graffam
5. Complete the Senior Survey that will be sent to your school email.
6. Back up everything you want to keep off your laptop onto personal Google Drive or a Thumb Drive
(See Learning Commons for assistance, if needed, further instructions will be sent soon)
7. Turn in laptop, charger, and case after your last final exam to the Learning Commons.

Attention Seniors! The 2018 MTA yearbook is in! If you pre-ordered your yearbook, it will be available for pick up on Tuesday May 29th in the senior area during lunches. If you'd like to purchase a yearbook and didn't pre-order one, seniors only will have the opportunity to do so on Tuesday and again on Wednesday May 30th. They are $68, with checks made out to Mt. Ararat High School.

On Thursday, May 31st, all grades 9, 10 and 11 students who have pre-ordered yearbooks will get their books during lunches. In addition, if you'd like to buy a yearbook, we have limited copies available for underclassmen beginning on Thursday May 31st. Please bring a check for $68 made out to Mt. Ararat.
